Hobart

Hobart was first named in 1803 when a settlement was established at Risdon Cove and today is the capital of Tasmania.

Mt Wellington

Mt Wellington rises 1,270 metres above the city of Hobart.  A short 30 minute drive will take you to the summit.  From the summit, there are magnificent vistas and several walking tracks that allow you to explore the alpine wilderness.

Port Arthur Historical Site

The Port Arthur Historical Site is one of Australia's finest examples of our convict past.  The site is approximately 100 kilometres south east of Hobart via the A3 highway.  Port Arthur is listed as a World Heritage site.
